One day my friend Lauren was wearing a lovely purple flower in her hair.  When I told her how pretty it was, I was surprised to hear her say that she had made it herself.  She was kind enough to tell me where she had found the directions, so I could make a flower for myself.  It was so much fun, I had to make more flowers to give to sisters and friends.

I just cut my hair the other day, and I even cut bangs, somewhat impulsively.  Sticking a flower in my hair has been one of my favorite ways to wear it.  The flower I wear most often is red, like the one pictured, but maybe I should branch out and make a different color flower – like purple, or blue, or pink.  Hmmm…  =)
